Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If work in your home went badly, it usually helps to raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Know that Valuescamp Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. Afterward we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
